Terms & Conditions - the basics

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Crystal Oasis Luncheon Club. By joining or attending any of our events, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions, which are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all members.

 

2. Membership Eligibility

• Membership is open to adults who are interested in social dining and community engagement.

•All members must complete a registration form and provide accurate contact details.

•The Club reserves the right to accept or decline membership applications at its sole discretion.

 

3. Fees and Payments

• An annual membership fee of £20 is charged to support administrative and event planning costs.

• Luncheon fees of £10 must be paid on entry in full on the day. (Every Wednesday)

•Refunds will only be issued if cancellations are made and you have paid in advance.

 

4. Booking and Attendance

• RSVP is required for each luncheon to secure a place. Late confirmations may not be accommodated.

• Repeated no-shows without notice may result in temporary suspension or termination of membership.

• Members are encouraged to arrive on time and participate respectfully.

 

5. Behaviour and Conduct

• Crystal Oasis is committed to creating a welcoming and respectful atmosphere.

• Any form of disruptive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the Club.

• The Club reserves the right to refuse attendance to individuals who breach these standards.

6. Dietary Requirements and Allergies

• Members are responsible for notifying the Club of any dietary needs or allergies when RSVPing.

• While we do our best to accommodate special requests, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Members with severe allergies should take appropriate precautions.

 

7. Events and Activities

• The Club hosts regular luncheons featuring a variety of themes and entertainment.

• Event details will be shared via email, phone, or posted notices. Please ensure your contact information is up to date.

 

8. Liability

• Members attend all Club events at their own risk.

• The Crystal Oasis Luncheon Club and its organizers are not liable for any personal injury, illness, or loss/damage to property during Club events.

 

9. Photography and Media

• Photographs and videos may be taken during events for promotional use (e.g., website, newsletters, or social media).

• Please inform the event host in advance if you do not wish to appear in photos.

 

10. Data Protection and Privacy

• Personal data collected by the Club will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

• Your information will only be used for Club purposes and never shared with third parties without consent.

 

11. Amendments

• The Crystal Oasis Luncheon Club reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

•Significant changes will be communicated to members via email or written notice.
